Canceling your order at Xolt is free of charge. Make your cancellation known in writing or by e-mail to Xolt. The fastest way is trough e-mail: email@example.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, you do not need to do anything else. Has your order been sent? Please refuse the package when it is delivered. Xolt will then refund the full purchase amount.
Every consumer is entitled to a so-called cooling period, starting on the day of delivery. During this period, you have a 14-day retention period in which you can undo your purchase. You do not have to give a reason for this. Xolt extends this period to 30 days in total! However, for the following type of products, the entire cooling period does not apply:
- Sealed products where the seal is broken;
- Products made in accordance with specific consumer requirements;
- products that are clearly personal in nature;
- products which can not be returned by their because of the type of usage;
- products that caan spoil;
- Audio and video recordings and computer software;
- Also, ensure that you return the packaging of the product in as original and undamaged as possible. For more information, see article 6 of our terms and conditions. Do you want to return the entire order? Then, return to our return address (at the bottom of this page). Xolt will refund the entire purchase price.
- Did you receive the carrier's package and did not return it immediately? Then you will be responsible for returning the order and the corresponding shipping costs.
- Do you only return a part of your order? Then, only the purchase price of your returned part of the order will be refunded.
- All cancellations, exchanges and returns must be notified to Xolt in writing or by e-mail. Use our return form or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. In this case, please state your full name, order number and items you wish to cancel, exchange or return. In order to improve our customer service, we appreciate when you let us know the reason for returning. As stated before, you are not required by law here.
Payments will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of return.
Defects / warranty
It may appear that you received a product that contains a production failure. Also, a product may be damaged at your arrival. In such cases, please contact us at email@example.com or 085 - 3030280. Please state your full name, order number and description of the defect.
